Parker skipped a VADA test in 2017

He was still part of the WBC's Clean Boxing Program when he defended the WBO title against Cojanu. When the testers arrived he was on holiday.

did some googling and from 2018 wbc some data about missed tests, seems a fair few boxers miss tests now and then

"The WBC put out a few days ago an update; from Oct. 1 to Nov. 20, there were 28 tests attempted by VADA within the CPB protocol, and 22 were completed. There were six missed tests, and one positive—a sample for Kevin Lerena tested positive for clompihene Oct. 18 in South Africa.

A WBC official informed me that these six athletes missed tests during the Oct. 1-Nov. 20 testing span: Paddy Barnes, Lodumo Lamati, Jermall Charlo, Jermell Charlo, Juan José Velasco, and Patrick Texeira"

could u be cheating during this time, sure you could and no one would probably know or find out or over sights do happen as well and u dont update your location

Do you happen to know why he was still enrolled in the WBC's CBP given he held the WBO belt at that time?

        its a bit odd alrite

"Parker, the current World Boxing Organization (WBO) champion, missed a test operated by the World Boxing Council (WBC) as part of their World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)-operated Clean Boxing Programme".

were things different back in 2017 with the wbc having more scope with wada at the time or is there some mistake in the reporting of the facts
