What a joke. Leo has no plans to fight viable opponents. Too many guys are allowed to brazenly sit on belts:

      Tank Davis
      Angelo Leo
      Carlos Adams
      Richardson Hitchins
      Xander Zayas

Think Angelo Leo is just coasting for a big fight at this point, not willing to take risks himself. Could had fought Luis Reynaldo Nuņez or Elijah Pierce in probox. But instead is fighting next year against Lerato Dlamini after having fought once.

Hopefully he fights the winner of Mikito Nakano and Raeese Aleem instead of a top 10 fringe contender who's most notable accolade is being 1-1 against Tomoki Kameda who is also a fringe contender.

What are you even talking about? He dethroned the champion, fought a TBRB #7 ranked mandatory challenger on the road in his first defense, and then called out Espinoza for a unification but Espinoza ducked and is fighting Arnold Khegai next.

Angelo Leo is the only guy at 126 that is actually trying to make the fights.

He called out Espinoza by name after his last fight and Espinoza chose to fight Khegai instead.

One wrong doesn't make another wrong right.

Espinoza has fought Sergio Sanchez and Edward Vazquez, which are decent ranked contenders. But only fighting one current/former world champion in Robeisy Ramirez in the past two years isn't right. Khegai is like Kameda in terms of challenge, and reward. Nothing exceptional that might be tougher than expected, but very winnable without much risk.

Leo in the other hand, hasn't been that active either after upsetting Luis Alberto Lopez other than Kameda a ranked fighter in the middle of the year, expecting a big paying opportunity will appear instead of earning it. He doesn't have that history that says he has fought many fighters at Super Bantamweight and featherweight. At least Espinoza has fought twice in this year against contenders, in contrast of fighting once.

If they ain't fighting each other yet, might as well seek out other valuable options.

              Like:

Angelo Leo vs Luis Nery or Robeisy Ramirez.

Rafael Espinoza vs Figueroa/Ball winner or Luis Alberto Lopez (if he has recovered and bounced back).

tank is a disgrace. hitchins and zayas don't deserve your hate now.
zayas just won, he has no mandatory and he is unifying in his next fight. that's not "brazenly sitting on a belt".
honest question for you: who should hitchins fight now? teofimo - shakur is close. wbc champion is fighting his mandatory next. cruz will fight roach. wba mandatory fight was scheduled on jake paul's undercard. puello, ramirez and barboza recently lost. that leaves only #10 rated sandor martin but he is not in ibf's top15. on top of that there is no ibf mandatory challenger yet. so who is hitchins ducking at the moment?
