I can't speak on your Oba Carr comparisons but imo the jury is out on whether Charlo and Fundora are great fighters. Does Charlo get into the HOF at this point - maybe, maybe not - but in all honesty the HOF's not what it used to be - getting diluted as time passes.

I find it hard to believe he would duck Tim since he was pretty limited and one dimensional, willing to take tough fights but was over hyped with no real notable wins.
