Damn, I kinda’ hate that sleight you gave Ward…but on the other hand…he wasn’t very fan friendly. I get it. Lol

If I was Jake, I wouldn’t take Ward. Ward rolling out of bed would beat Jake and take the drama out of the fight. He and Virgil would just shut that **** down quick. I would stay away from Ward. Far away from Ward.

With the help of the Innocence Project New Orleans, his sentence was vacated, and he was released in December 2020 after serving 12 years.
      • Kevin O'Brien Allen: Allen was sentenced to life in prison in 2014 for selling $20 worth of marijuana to a confidential informant. This sentence was imposed because of his history of prior drug convictions. In 2022, the Louisiana Supreme Court vacated his life sentence as unconstitutionally excessive, but it was replaced by an appeals court with a 35-year sentence, which he is currently serving.
      • Bernard Noble: Noble was arrested in 2010 for possession of about two joints' worth of marijuana (2.8 grams) and sentenced to 13 ⅓ years of hard labor without parole under the habitual offender law. His case also drew national attention, and his sentence was later reduced, leading to his release on parole in April 2018 after serving seven years.
      • Derek Harris: An Army veteran who received a life sentence without parole for selling $30 worth of marijuana. His life sentence was reduced in August 2020, leading to his release.

I have a slightly different takeaway. Take a look at soccer in Saudi. They are paying untold millions to players. Ronaldo is making $208 million a year, TAX Free. To pay that kind of money every year for the last 3 years is insane. Why? Because ticket sales, merchandise sales and broadcast rights aren’t recouping that money.
A club like Barcelona, arguably the biggest on the planet is not making a profit and can’t afford to pay that kind of money to any of their star players so how is Saudi paying over a trillion dollars annually in staggering wages when they aren’t making any profit?

Oil money is in place. Turki is just a playboy prince indulging in his passions. I think he just wants control and adulation. I don’t think he’s about stealing money or even making a profit at all.

This is just power, control, adulation and spending his F.ÜC.K you money.
It's not his money that he is spending, it's the Saudi Governments money.

All those playboy princes are spending Saudi government money. Turki just heads the sports and cultural ministry.
You think the Saudi government’s goal is to make a profit when they’ve already spent over a trillion dollars and aren’t about to stop?

Nah , they don't care about making a profit off of sports.
