Mayweather probably ruined Hattons confidence but at least he could say he fought a bigger man at WW - also before Hattons KO he was fatigued by being outboxed but it wasn't a devastating ko.

Pacquiao on the other hand would have done Hatton a favour if he'd smashed him wit a sledge hammer.

Besides of Manny being the hardest Puncher he has ever faced, I do think that he was the easyiest target to hit for Pacman.

I do think that Kostya hits harder. Of course in a boxing match.

I agree, its like the same thing Calzaghe did to Lacy and what Pavlik did to Taylor. And Hopkins may have mentally ****ed with Pavlik for all we know...

Considering Floyd caught Ricky on the side of the face while moving backwards, and Ricky was just standing in place welcoming a torpedo fist by Manny, delivered from Manila with love...

Yeah, I'd say Ricky is right on.

Ricky Hatton was in Johannesburg, South Africa last month and did a quick interview with David Isaacson of TimesLive. When asked by Isaacson Who’s the hardest puncher you’ve ever fought? Hatton said “I would probably say Manny Pacquiao, but having said that I don’t think I was in the best condition”

Hatton also praises Manny Pacquiao as a gentleman, nice guy and family man who he really admires. When questioned who would win in a possible Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight, Hatton said he would like to think Manny would win and root for him, But as much as he dislikes Mayweather, Mayweather would probably pip him.

In a funny turn, Hatton told Timesonline his most embarrassing moment, one was being knocked out , and another when a newspaper found out he had a phobia of cats they wrote up and article and posted a picture of a cat with a boxing glove, to this day Hatton can’t go near cats .
Soon after the fight he claimed Manny was not a hard puncher but had only caught him flash. He even said he had no marks on him and all that rubbish.Months later he has another story. We were not expecting him to really say anything good about Mayweather partly because of Floyd's trash talk, handing Hatton his first defeat and also issues with the father

Hatton said he would be rooting for Pac, but thought Floyd would beat Manny.
Sounds like he was being straight up to me.

I doubt he could remember the punch that Manny KO'd him with. And i dont think Hatton has even watched that fight back yet.

Floyd hit him with a lot before he went.

at 147 Yes but Hatton did nothing there but getting his ass kicked by Collazo.

at 140 No, when he whooped Maliggnaggi's ass before the Pacquiao fight. Mayweather's win is a fluke since he didn't fought for Hatton's lineal crown at 140.

                  .
So, ALL THREE guys who fought both of them have picked Mayweather to beat Pacquiao?

And it seems nobody still likes Flody though.

Floyd is like Ty Cobb: Everybody knows he is the best but nobody will root for him or want to be his friend
