Let the discourse over the stoppage in Fabio Wardley?s 11th-round TKO over Joseph Parker continue.

It will always be deemed controversial, but it was fair as it was the refs decision. It wouldve been less controversial if Fabio had of dropped parker
But they get chance to run it back again in rematch The 1st usyk v Ddd fight was controversial too and they ran it back

Referee Howard Foster is dodgy. We all know it.

Indeed, Fish Eyes has guaranteed a rematch after Fabio - Oleksandr. Then, again, surely Joe should get the next title challenge if Fabio fails (without having to requalify through another eliminator)? But imagine if Fabio somehow won? Wardley v Parker for all the belts (unless the ugly rematch clause comes into play).

PS. I can't see that happening and I have a vivid imagination. If you plied me with whisky & cannabis cookies, I still couldn't do it. But you know, one of the reasons I love so many sports is an upset. The pure excitement of seeing it happen right in front of everyone's eyes. Someone mentioned Douglas v Tyson on another thread, but it was Holyfield v Tyson that I'll never forget, both times.

Imagine Fury would have been stopped by Usyk in the same way. Not talking about what actually happenend in the first Fury vs Usyk fight. Imagine Fury being Parker and Usyk Wardley and the ref calls it off. Frank would absolutely go insanse probably suing Howard Foster.

Warren, is right. It was only a matter of time before Wardley would have stopped him anyway.

He hurt Parker several times throughout the bout and nearly had him out in the previous round.

So had he survived the 11th; Then chances are he wouldn’t have survived the final round.
