Fighters nor former fighters from Texas don't have a responsibility to financially support other former fighters who fall into hard times, GTFOH. I would say it's up to former champions their families and your management to resolve all that early on, however it's unfortunate for anyone at this stage in the game especially a good dude like Reggie!
