Did Joe Parker sell the fight?

A few questions about this Wardley fight. Why would Joe take the risk vs Wardley when he had Usyk shot in stone? Oh he's a warrior... No he's a businessman, they all are. Usyk vs Parker doesn't sell in any big market, it's not a fight anyone really wants. But Wardley from UK has a big market and media machine behind him. Parker is a nomad, forever a B side outsider. Read he earned $3.4m for Wardley, that's a lot. Not counting any bonuses for if he threw the fight. Parker has always been used as a hwt pawn, because he has no chance of ever being an A side face of boxing level star (New Zealand). Just like Corrie Sanders, Gerrie Coetzee, Zhang, Bermaine Stiverne, were never going to be anything but pawns to serve the stars. UK market runs the sport with USA market but since there is no Americans, UK owns the market. Fury said the boxing establishment is controlled by the west. But Usyk was too good for anyone in the west UK USA to stop. Once Usyk is out of the picture, UK will have hwt monopoly. Parker may still get a few more pawn paydays. Just a theory to consider. Wardley vs Usyk will make a whole lot more money than Usyk vs Parker.

Do you find it very odd that Parker is not complaining about the stoppage? Boxing fans are more upset by the quick stoppage than Parker himself is LOL

Parker not even upset about the stoppage either lol Keep an eye on his next fight, bet it's a lucrative reward for losing to Wardley.
