Him and M Tyson might be the 2 most over rated boxer names ever. Now people will go on one thinking i don't think they are world class and have good wins. They do. But they both way over rated in the sense so many love acting as if they are top 10 and that neither can do no wrong. Loma wasn't even best of his generation or at least never proved it. He never beat his 2 biggest names in Haney (argue with yourself) and Teo and he never fought (whoever was to blame aside) Tank or Shakur. He still had time to make those fights happen. He choose to retire. Never have I seen someone amateur record (that not one of you can prove) been promoted so much, any time there is a Loma article Loma on tv Loma discussion 396-1 always has to pop up, no1 no one should give af none if you can even name half those opponents, just a great PR push by TR. Lost 3 in pros. Retired using no motivation as an excuse. Can't go down as a great like he is made out when not beating your 2 biggest names, not fighting 2 of the other 2 biggest names and then retiring earlier then you should cause "no motivation"

Did you not read what I said? Business comes before a fighter wanting a fight. This is when Tank was green and was clearly going off of Floyd making it clear he wasnt fighting Loma yet. Hence his talking about his team and saying he wanted to grow as a fighter. But once again, Loma has never tried to actually negotiate a fight. It doesnt matter if its 7 years later.
