"It’s crazy that Ennis gets so much hate"

no not really, hes had plenty of opportunities to fight named fighters but none taken while declaring himself the best, comes with the territory im afraid

noone is choosing a path for him and leading him along like some toddler, he makes his own choices im sure while taking to those around him

"It’s almost as if they’re mad that he hasn’t been exposed, instead of giving him his props."

he has to fight bigger names to potentially get exposed, hes been labelled a generational guy for many years, its not the same as some guy who is just barely winning a title to the max of his abilities and u know he will lose it soon like happens with a lot of guys in boxing, they get their props earlier than someone hyped like boots is

"But I don’t want to understand her perspective because I think it’s evil"

damn rite, shes an evil woman

if a fighter has a long term trainer rising up with them they deserve their corn when purses rise, if a fighter is a trainer hopper then a fee is agreed before the camp which may have little or nothing to do with the fighters purse, it maybe be purely based on the status of the trainer and their demands

I agree with Bread on most topics but I will never get on board with the Gatti deserves to be a hall of famer and especially on the first ballot. Sure he was exciting and had heart but his wins vs losses record leaves slot to he desired. I could make a better argument that Mayorga deserves to be in the hall of fame than Gatti and can also make a better one for Fernando Vargas.
