Could Prime Pac have moved up to beat Canelo or Golovkin?

Even without bricks, he was still a big dude for the weight and can punch. It showed what happened when Pac stayed on the ropes too long and ate a body shot from him.
freddie was on record i think saying the margo fight damaged pac and was the start of his decline in his eyes, pac had already climbed the mountain getting to 147 and now people think he could somehow go again and jump another 2 weight classes and beat top guys prime lol boxing throws up strange stuff so nothing is 100% not possible but i just cant see it working out well at all, some fans will always think he and others can do this stuff tho, i mean floyd fans thought he might beat wlad klit at one point so thats just how it goes

It’s unlikely — “Prime Pac” would need exceptional skill jump, physical advantages, or massive strategic adjustments to surpass elite fighters like Canelo or Golovkin. Their technical mastery, power, and experience set a very high bar.

In my opinion, no. Manny Pacquiao unlike Floyd Mayweather Junior, did not have the technical skills to win a stylistic match up where he is being out powered, giving away masses in weight and? Being matched very closely in skill for skill boxing. That is the crucial difference between Pacquiao and Mayweather, and why Floyd Mayweather is overall the greater fighter'.

Note: Manny Pacquiao won all of his greatest fights in his career 'pretty much the same way. And he was smashed up in all the weight divisions he ever competed in. Whereas Floyd Mayweather Junior in comparison, won many of his biggest fights with contrasting styles and tactics because he had to. And in all the weight divisions he competed in, he was very rarely smashed up by his opponents or sustained heavy damage'.

Floyd Mayweather Junior once upon a time, had a greater chance of beating Gennady Golovkin than Pacquiao 'but even for Mayweather that level of challenge may have been too much, at the peak of his powers'.

To conclude: So overall Manny Pacquiao was an all-time great fighter, but? I think it was clear to see throughout his career. There was no real technical altercations in his style as he moved up through the weight divisions, he quite simply just seemed to increase his power and brute strength. Which made him a very effective fighter, but when those attributes started to decrease I think the difference in skill level between Mayweather and Pacquiao was very apparent'.

Floyd Mayweather Junior in the latter stages of his career 'was winning fights were he should of really been beaten. By the time he fought Manny Pacquiao in 2015, Mayweather was further outside of his peak form than Manny Pacquiao. In order to win that fight, Floyd Mayweather Junior had to rely on his basic fundamental boxing skills. Manny Pacquiao really should have been able to beat Mayweather at that stage of his career, but the skill level difference between the two fighters is what won Floyd Mayweather Junior the fight' etc.

Just stop. Whatever Pacquiao could do, he did.

            No.

            Pac's REAL ceiling was 147.

He, like Bud, Roy Jones, Canelo, & other great fighters found a vulnerable fighter in a weight class too big for them & used them as an opportunity to pick up a belt in a weight class they had no business in.
