Gatti has more skill than Froch

Gatti has/had more skill than Froch, Froch made me laugh when he said people seem to think he is some kinda Arturo Gatti figure, but he said it like it was a derogatory statement.

Froch needs to understand that Gatti had better Boxing skills than him.

Gatti was a pretty technical boxer throughout some of his career. He just resorted to brawling a lot.

Froch probably has the worst boxing skills I have ever seen in a title holder. Still, he is doing something right.

Clear UD over Pascal, KO over Taylor and razor thin SD over Dirrell. Not bad IMO.

Offcourse he did. It's a no brainer IMO.

But they have different styles anyway.

I laways thought Froch is a boxer-puncher hybrid in a very clumsy way but he really is a pressure fighter without mobility or speed.

Rogers ¨The Last of the Mohicans¨ Mtagwa has far more skills, heart and ¨killer instinct¨ than Mr. Froch.

Neither is especially skilled. Froch wins on strength and Gatti won with heart. Seeing Angel Manfredy outclass Gatti or Ivan Robinson beat him lets us know where the legend stood skill wise. Heart wise he was an all time great but his lack of skills and good power made him exciting.

Manfredy & Robinson were very skilled technically, also i think those losses came at a time when Gatti was enjoying the partly life a bit too much.

Ivan Robinson v Gatti was still a close fight to, Gatti almost knocked him out in the last round.
