Roach is doing a great job of talking trash. Pac couldn't knock out Ricky Hatton (two knockdowns) or Juan Manuel Marquez (three knockdowns in the first fight) in round 1 but he has a good chance of knocking out Cotto. All of this garbage coming out of his mouth is the main reason I am picking Cotto to win. I wonder what Roach's excuse will be when Cotto KO's Pac, possibly in round 1.

This will be an interesting fight. We'll finally see if Manny is as good as so many think he is or has his so far successful venture into the welterweight division been more the success of careful management. Like it or not Cotto is the real deal , he's not an over the hill Dela Hoya or a bloated tubby like Hatton. One thing which can almost be 100% gaurented and that is Manny WILL NOT knock Cotto out in the first round!. Fredy Roach is just trying to get in Cotto's head hoping he'll come out swingin for the fences and create some openings. I believe Cotto is to smart for this tactic but it does create media attention. I predict if anyone stops anyone it will be past the ninth round.
