Boxing is not part of the US Anti-Doping Agency. Like WWE, Vince McMahon can say his wrestlers get tested all he wants but no one believes him because most of his wrestlers die in their late 30s-40s of some sort of heart failure which leads people to think the cause came from too much steroids and performance enhancing drugs.

Hopefully Manny Pacquiao is not involved with any banned drugs.

Marion Jones tested positive during the olympics then 5 years later they restest her samples with new test and they show positive.

In order to catch someone on PEDs you have to know what you are testing for, If i come up with a PED today and for 2 years you take it and the NSAC dosent know about the PED how can they test you for it? Until they develope a test to indicate the PED i have designed you will always seem to piss clean.

If that's a fact, then we can't cast aspersions on Pac only based on his performance. We should doubt everyone else. Pac has been known for his stamina and strength even before he got these conditioning coaches.

Yeah, but, the State Athletic commissions are not involved with WWE wrestlers. In PAC's case, he has no choice but to get tested, the boxing promoters or any boxing sanctioning bodies have no control over athletic commissions, atleast I don't think so.

Then somebody should ask for a more stringent testing for both Pac and Cotto to erase all doubts. Floyd Sr. instead of blabbering and destroying Pac's reputation should write a formal letter to the NSAC for stricter tests. Cotto's camp can do the same.

This is not the early days of steriods where you could make on test to indicate the use of all the differnt steroids commonly used by athlethes. They come up with new designer drugs everyday. It takes years sometime for the NSAC to find out about and create test to indicate the use of these new drugs.

HGH has been used by MLB players for years, proably as early as 1999-2000. Why do you think players are jes now starting to test postive over the last few years?
