Is GGG considering a comeback v JAKE PAUL?

(What else would GGG come back for? MONEY!!!!)

After watching his fellow countrymen and women achieve their dreams at the championships, Golovkin admitted that his knuckles were starting to itch.

“Yes, why not?” he replied when asked about a ring return. “I feel my old emotions here.”

But when would that be likely to be, and who against?

    “That’s my secret,” Golovkin said.

Belowis an old message, but it seems GGG has stated in the past he would be open (more than other boxers) to fighting youtubers...

Gennady Golovkin has recently said he'd be more open to fighting youtubers than a lot of other boxers. How do you think Logan Paul would do against Gennady Golovkin? Logan Survived to a decision with Mayweather. Did Mayweather let him? Would Golovkin finish Logan, or would Logan go the distance? How about his brother Jake Paul? How would he do against Gennady?

That said, ‘GGG’s coach in his above comments was full of praise for these fights and fighters. Overall, these fights would do even better if fighters like Gennady Golovkin come up and take on some of the YouTubers at present. Khabib Nurmagomedov once advised Gennady Golovkin to fight bloggers

A few months back, the former UFC lightweight champ, Khabib Nurmagomedov was in a press conference. Here, he advised ‘GGG’ to fight some bloggers, make money and retire.

He said, “By the way, it would be great to beat some bloggers and make lots of money!”

Kazakh UFC fighter Chavkat Rakhmonov who competes in the welterweight division, in a conversation with , expressed the opinion that the boxer Gennady Golovkin will confidently defeat blogger Jake Paul if their fight happens.

Rakhmonov participates in the UFC and will hold his next fight at the 296th numbered tournament in Las Vegas against Stephen Thompson. Golovkin, 41, is one of the most famous professional boxers in Kazakhstan’s history with 42 victories in 45 fights. Brothers Jake and Logan Paul are known as YouTube bloggers who compete under the rules of boxing. In particular, Jake Paul has defeated several former UFC champions in the professional ring.

        — In my childhood, the most popular athlete in Kazakhstan was Golovkin. Who is it now?

        – Gena is Gena, he still remains the most popular. When I finish my career, I’ll probably be there.

        – Gennady is a modest guy, and he won’t answer this question, but how would a fight between Logan Paul or Jake Paul and Golovkin go?

        – Yes, Gena is on another level. It’s just that he’s ending his career now, it seems like he has one fight left. Of course Gena will win. “He has been working in this business for a long time, he has been boxing at the highest level for a long time,” Rakhmonov told .

GGG isn’t a big enough star for Jake Paul to fight now.

There is Canelo out there. That fight would earn significantly more money.

GGG isn't known by enough by the mainstream fans that would tune in for a Jake Paul fight, so I doubt there would be any interest there from MVP to put that on. Jake Paul would go after someone like RJJ (which I know he won't) before he'd go after a GGG. Not to mention, there would be too much risk involved. Jake wants fights with big names, that won't return fire. I'd think GGG still has enough in the tank to mop up JP, and JP and his team know this.
