Canelo: "I think Crawford is WAY BETTER than Floyd Mayweather!" (Post-fight interview)

In the post-fight presser Canelo was asked to compare his fights with Mayweather and Crawford.

He answers simply "I think Crawford is way better than Mayweather!"

Probably because TBud was outright beating Saul up in spurts in the championship rounds

    Floyd straight outboxed him

What do you like more Floyd 11-1 PrePrime Saul VS TBud 9-3 Past Prime Saul

Seems designed to goad Floyd into a fight.

Respect Canelos opinion I mean he shared the ring with them both

But it's no wonder he thinks that since the Floyd fight he wasn't even in it to know how good Floyd was lol

It’s a very outlandish comment canelo made, Terrance hits harder and is bigger than Floyd. But in terms of just being a great boxer and winning fights it’s ludicrous to say any particular fighter is “way” better than Floyd. It’s totally a ridiculous comment, but it’s because Terrance hits harder than Floyd and is stronger. So canelo felt the punches. But if canelo fought Manny P he probably would have said the same thing, that he’s way better than Floyd. But none of that is true.

I think Saul was impressed by TBud getting the better of it in the pocket

            He won the exchanges

Saul was even getting beat up and muscled around in the clinches

But TBud got hit and was hurt twice or thrice

Because Floyd has the highest ring iq he just simply had to box against Saul

Crawford did better because Crawford made a statement by staying in the pockets and trading with Canelo and getting the best of the exchanges. Floyd fought a safe fight to win but didn't make a statement. Crawford gave Canelo a fight and beat Canelo at his own game. Not to mention, Crawford fought Canelo at the full weight limit so there were no excuses.

Buds greater for even taking fight. Floyd didn't believe in himself like bud does
