    LOL

Jones was the one who was lucky to make it out of the first round!

Ugh. To see Roy fight like such a fraidy cat. That's why Johnson called him a wimp. There is nothing solid in that gif from Joe and Jones is terrified of it, even throwing blind. You can see that Calzaghe protects his hands the way he throws too. Trying to hit you with his palms all the time and trying to stay away from using his knuckles.

In all seriousness, anybody attending this forum(unless you are actually a genuine fighter) that thinks they could last far with Calzaghe is deluded or a f.ucking moron. Calzaghe had a reputation for being horrible to face even in sparring,or to quote Roy Jones jnr,"those pitty pat puches hurt a lot more than I thought they would".

          Well said.

These aren't just pitty patty punches off an average person. He is a pro boxer. He hurts pro boxers who take solid punches all the time.

Why would a person who could get KO'd by an average street person be able to take 1 minute of non stop punches/slaps from Calzaghe?

He would bust up your face in no time.

He's a trained fighter, of course nobody who has never boxed or has done little will see him in there, I'm just not convinced on the bruiser legend. He's KO'd 0 prime A-list fighters to gauge him at that level. And Roy has been stopped bad 2x and his punch resistance is below what it used to be. Not surprised he would say those slaps hurt.

I'll take Bernard's opinion over Roy's and he clowned the so called power. Calzaghe didn't bother him with anything other than a single body shot and I don't expect 43 year olds to take it down low like they're in their 20s-30s.

That might be because Hopkins was never hit clean by Calzaghe more than once at a time or hit clean by almost anyone else for that matter

seriously doubt anyone on this forum would last a min, what if zaghe decided to forsake his hands and try and land some bombs ? its night night and a trip to hospital.

If you hit hard, you hit hard. He was hit enough to gauge it.
