I hear Lennox Lewis and Carl Froch discussing the fight and it was so vapid and surface level.

Just because these people were/are involved in the sport in a professional capacity doesn't mean they have great Knowledge when it comes to breaking down fights.

Even fighters themselves, 90% of it is instinctive repetition , most boxers are thinking about what they are doing a lot LESS than you realize.
