The guy already beat the fighter favored to win the tourney. I voted for him too, to get out with his 0 intact. The tourney participants are good fighters but not great.

The only two people in the tournament that would give joe a test are kessler*he already past that test and Abraham. Almost all the American fighters are too green for this tourney, I'd be very shocked if Ward or Dirrell were in the final fight. And we don't even know if Taylor is in it anymore.

I don't see what 'hype' has to do with it; Calzaghe (he 'ain't coming back) was different class to all of them. He beat the best of them, Kessler, relatively comfortably and the rest wouldn't trouble him. The only way I could really see him losing is showboating against AA, and getting tagged as a consequence.

aha! so thats the key to being great, beating current jones and hopkins. because beating peter manfredo, jeff lacy, and mikkel kessler sure as hell dont make you great.

calzaghe got knocked down by a weak punch from hopkins, and by jones wrist. he would get knocked out cold by abraham.

calzaghe had his own super six tournament with juan carlos gimenez ferrari, tocker pudwill, will mcintyre, mger mkrtchyan, peter manfredo, and himself. AND HE BEAT THEM ALL!

Calzaghe can change his style up a bit, some times he enjoyed fighting close and other times he fought with a very good jab. He would go to abrahams body with jab and then move around him and then throw hooks to the body. You're clearly a Calz hater for not even giving him a chance even though it was Calzaghes jab that was better then Hopkins and Kessler jab.
