Carl Froch is a master boxer.

Some of you fellows are quite reactionary when it comes to Mr. Frochos. You see his pasty complexion and Gonzo like schnoz and think to yourself: here's another robotic Euro who can't fight.

But in reality Carl is very fluid. He has an unorthodox style the way he holds his hands low, but thats because he's a master at timing and distance.

He has the kind of offensive variety and creativity that leaves the opponent unsure of what is coming next.

Notice he rarely gets hit clean even though his hands are low. Its because he's always just out of range. His footwork is also great and his ability to cut off the ring is excellent.

He throws a long stiff jab, he has power in both hands, deceptive speed and a granite chin.

Dirrell may have made it look sloppy, but if you've ever sparred, you know its difficult to look destructive against someone who is avoiding exchanges at all costs.

Give Carl some credit, he's a world class caliber master boxer.

New rules of boxing, punching air automatically gives you rounds. Another rule, if you throw your opponent on the ground you automatically win that round. And if you hit your opponent you automatically lose that round.... Nottingham boxing is so fun!!!! FROCH WINS!!!

He is not a boxer he is is a slugger and very easy to hit his defense is woefull , he wins because of his toughness and grit wearing down fighters , Kessler will have target practice bouncing them off his loaf all night long .

Funny how you anti-Frochos people keep saying all he hit was air.

If thats the case he must hit harder than I suspected since the force of the air he was punching busted Dirrell's face and gave him a bloody nose.

He's a boxer. He appears to be a slugger, but the way he keeps control of distance suggests boxer first, slugger second.

rofl this made me laugh. froch is more of a master debater than a master boxer.

(nothing wrong with that, of course.)

I've just noticed that he rolls pretty well with punches, despite his clumsiness. His head is always bobbing around doing some awkward-looking ****, and as a result it's hard to hit him clean and flush. Reminds me a lot of Vitali.

I knew that a distinguished poster such as yourself would understand.

                    I stand by my claim.

Froch will either win the tourney or come in 2nd.

                    Don't sleep on him.
