I just watched the highlight vid of ortiz vs maidana by gorrilla production (awesome vid by the way check it out) And im wondering who ortiz is fighting next in december?? I have a feeling he may retire or wont ever step up again, he turnt his back and quit and in hte interview sounded really uninterested in boxing and certainly didnt sound like a man with the heart and desire needed to make a world champion.

It amaze me how you can be such a good fighter with all the attributes like ortiz.
Young, marketable, hits dam hard, is southpaw. yet he doesnt have the will or heart to dig deep when its most needed, and in boxing as we all know if you dont have the will or desire to battle through someone trying to kill you then you might aswell hang up hte gloves and get a job in an office.

I spoke to him a month ago and he said he is focus and ready to be the #1 fighter in the world (140 lbs). He was not mentally ready for Maidana and did some soul searching. There is no way he's gonna call it quits.
