I know zero about Cinkara, but since this is an IBF mandated #1 contender I will just guess he is a hard working but ultimately limited and generally undeserving mandatory. I love the activity of Opetaia though.

And may have been more viable if the WBOgus hadn't incentivised CBS to fight a lesser opponent for an 'interim' version of the belt he recently lost. Why contest attractive fights when you can position yourself for email belts with less risk?
