He’s been ranked pretty high by the WBA for a couple years now . Think he’s still #2 or 3 with them.

            He’s #10 with the WBC,

Stephen Fulton is a all around technician, who can adjust to most styles and has almost no defiencies. Gas tank for all 12, high IQ to make immediate adjustments, and although not a big puncher by any means, respectable enough.

Being that said I don't have him as the favorite, even if Fulton is the more skilled fighter, he is fighting a naturally bigger fighter with the longer dimensions who is not slouch. Tough enough to withstand Rocky Hernandez, and Intelligent enough to box Robson Conceicao. He also dominantly beat Rey Vargas, who was active and undefeated. Just a bad mix of styles for Rey, who has no power and tried to counter the more refined boxer.

Foster is more of a challenge than Carlos Castro was. As Foster is just as athletic and has as much power with a different skillset. Though Fulton could prove doubters like I wrong.

Good summary of a good fight - this fight is screaming out "distance fight"

It's a good fight but is this really a PPV card?
