Miguel Cotto's Training in Slow Motion(Video)?

I hope this is just a warm up, or a small clip or else he getting owned all night by Pacquiao.
What is there to be impress about? He has to do much more than this to be in great conditions.
The way you train and practice is what helps you improve and get in better condition.
This video is just a waste of time unless its just a cover up to what he's really been doing.

Cotto trains at a slow pace, I train the same way also.

Seems like there is a lack of effort in all Cottos training videos i have seen so far. Maybe he has trained like this for all his fights?

That's how he trained when he schooled Shane.

That's how he always trains. If you watch all his training videos and real fights you see theres a huge difference in speed/power

for those who don{t know.. training slow helps with accuracy. I am sure that is not the only thing he is doing. I read somewhere that they are also training on his speed so what we are seeing here is just a part of the overall training.

I'm surprised people always talk about his training. Its like they've never seen him fight before

maybe he trains at a slow pace so he can train longer like a stamina exercise...**** maybe the man has weights in his gloves...to me it looks like it was a long day of training and we just caught the end of it..

Come on now. He didn't really "school" Shane, did he.

I thought he'd put on a bigger effort knowing he's fighting the speedy Pacquiao, because a fighter just can't rely on being quick when he doesn't practice his foot work or have faster routines in training. He should be practicing that everyday.
