Does the WW division need Mayweather?

The winner of Pacquaio Cotto could potentially fight Mosley. This seems to exclude MM. What if the likes Margarito, P.Willams and Clottey get into the mix? I don't know if MM will fight any of these - and there's some quality potential fights there - rematches, different styles etc. Even an up and comer like Andre Berto could be in the mix. Thoughts...
