There are those of the opinion that Ortiz didn't run against Lopez but instead boxed beautifully and deserved the win. Ludicrous. If that was the case, if he's this supreme boxer, then why did his career take a disastrous plunge the way it did?

Ortiz did well against Loma and Teo. And he definitely can box. If you can't see it, maybe you're not the "supreme" boxing analyst you think you are.

And maybe you should learn to read. There’s a huge difference between someone “doing well” and what I said, which is that some people claim that he actually won the fight against Lopez.

It was a close fight that could have gone either way. Punch stats were very close. You could also make a case for him against Loma. Another close fight, with Ortiz throwing more and landing almost the same. Compubox doesn't tell all, but it puts things in perspective. Specially when looking back at a fight. For the rest, you were denigrating Ortiz, thus my comment. And i stand by it.
PS you need to learn to read... your own comments. Here it is, just in case : "There are those of the opinion that Ortiz didn't run against Lopez but instead boxed beautifully and deserved the win.
