The one thing that we MUST acknowledge and give credit to Jake Paul for doing is sharing the wealth with many fighters. People want to talk about legacy and all that good stuff, but the reality is that most boxers do not get the big opportunities to make the big money that could set them up for life. Therefore, I'm all for fighters making big money when any opportunity is presented to them. After all, boxing is supposed to be entertainment as a sport. What's the sense of "entertaining" but ending up broke and crippled, where no one cares about you after boxing?

Boxers have been exploited for far too long. They have been used and abused by everyone around them, and that includes the public (fans) as well. We love to put fighters down and criticize them whenever they take advantage of the opportunity to make some easy money. Why? We should praise them and encourage them to keep making the best of such opportunities. Entertainment is not just about two fighters trying to kill each other in the ring. It is also about the anticipation of the event and everything that comes with promoting it. It's about the event and what we make of it. It's no different than any other sporting event like football, basketball, tennis, and so on.

This is 2025, people. Let's leave the savage thinking ways in the past. Let's enjoy boxing as a sport and show, meant to entertain, not please or satisfy some sadistic desire deep within our uncivilized and primitive mind. Make no mistake, there's nothing civilized about enjoying two people trying to hurt or kill each other for the sake of making money and calling it entertainment. See how sick that sounds? However, we do enjoy it because that is our nature, which is nature itself.
