When are these fighters going to learn that it does not pay to cheat?!! Boxing is a brutal and dangerous sport as it is, without PEDs. More needs to be done to deter fighters, who are looking to cheat, from cheating. The suspension period should be in the years, not months. Their entire purse should also be taken back for such infraction. The penalties are a joke, and this is why we have so many fighters cheating or trying to cheat in the sport of boxing. I believe that the politics involved in the sport-- related to fighters who have a fan base-- are the main reason why the punishment is minimal in most cases. It all has to do with who is capable of bringing in the most money. So shameful!!!

If PEDs hopefully he gets banned. Perhaps it was recreational?

Change the result to No Contest? That means Coyle is still undefeated. How is that supposed to send the right message or show respect for the greatest but most demanding and brutal of all sports. Coyle should obviously have been handed a meaningful ban and in all cases where a fighter is caught cheating the result should be changed to a win by DQ in favour of the guy who has fought clean. Wouldn't solve the problem but would provide some justice and be a step in the right direction. And anybody caught cheating more than once, like Jelly Baby Miller, should be thrown out of boxing for good. That simple. But the way things are, the "human rights" of those making money from the game trump the human rights of honest pugs risking their health and even their lives in the ring.

              Totally agree with this.

Doubt they ever change it though.
