UFC is back in the Windy City on Saturday night with its latest PPV offering. The main event is one of the best matchups possible on paper as middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis looks to defend his title against arguably the biggest star in the sport to never wear gold Khamzat Chimaev. It all goes down from the United Center in Chicago this weekend.

Du Plessis and Chimaev are undefeated in 17 combined UFC appearances. Their trajectories are the inverse of one another. Du Plessis is the defending champion, exceeding expectations at every turn. Chimaev is the challenger, despite being identified early as a future UFC champion. Health complications and tough welterweight cuts delayed Chimaev’s rise. During that time, Du Plessis cashed as an underdog against former champions Robert Whittaker, Sean Strickland and Israel Adesanya.


What time is UFC 319
The UFC 319 main card (PPV) starts at 10:00 PM ET / 7:00 PM PT. Prelims begin at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT, and early prelims start at 6:00 PM ET / 3:00 PM PT.

UFC announced the co-main event three weeks before showtime. Highly touted PFL and Bellator alum Aaron Pico makes his short notice UFC debut against ranked featherweight Lerone Murphy. Pico pivots from a scrapped July 25 fight with Movsar Evloev to meet Murphy, who is undefeated in 17 appearances.

Elsewhere on the card, longtime welterweight Michael “Venom” Page continues his 185-pound side quest against Jared Cannonier, a former heavyweight. Welterweight strikers Geoff Neal and Carlos Prates will also collide.

I had the same issue finding fair odds for this one, especially with Chimaev being such a wildcard. I ended up checking some non UK betting sites and noticed the lines were a bit more balanced compared to the usual ones I use. Might be worth a look if you're trying to get better value depending on which fighter you're backing.
