Have checked Canelo's Instagram, looks like he has been focusing on training in high altitude to compensate for his 3-5 rounder Gas Tank, as he gets gassed relatively quickly. Bizarrely enough, didn't see his standard same issue when he fought Jermell Charlo. Before he was on the declined, he gassed and then focused on the fighting in the backfoot coasting by busy enough to compete until he got a second wind.

He also hired sparring partners like Darrelle Valsaint, Brayan Leon, and Yoenli Hernandez. (Yoenli put a beating of Kyrone Davis, Canelo's constant sparring partner in 2021-2023).

Basically he is trying to compensate for anything that could make him lose to a fighter he dragged up three division and is 38 years old.

This argument of Khan “winning” is the same malarkey as the one used about Zab-Floyd. Zab was winning UNTIL he ran out of steam.
Boxing is 12 rounds. The IF, COULD HAVE, SHOULD HAVE, WOULD HAVE wishful thinking is moot in every sense.
come from behind knockout losses aren’t as bad if it’s late in the fight

I believe Amir got got in the 1st half of both matches

I hope this fight lasts long for entertainment value

Early stoppages are lame for big fights

I am no fan of Canelo. I used to be. I still think he is an ATG.

But this statement here - “ …to a fighter he dragged up three division and is 38 years old.
Canelo did not “drag” Bud up three division. Bud was the one calling for this fight from the get-go. Canelo dismissed it as a joke until Turki got involved.
Bud is on record multiple times saying he will move to 168.
So where do you come up with Canelo “dragged” Bud up three division?

TBud had his big breakout moment 5 years late at 35 when he destructed Errol and entered mainstream consciousness

Good for him that he’s finally getting a super payday

they can rematch if he pulls it off

canelo will be whipping the crowd into a frenzy, waving his arms like a rodeo, playing with this guy like saunders, ! what a crock

So Khan won those fights? Yes?
Questions in bad faith. Use whatever minor grey matter you may have sloshing around up there.

Here is a recent photo. Might be wrong but they might be in a running track at Big Bear Lake.

Oh yeah he was working on it for sure, Khan hangs around too long after a flurry and repeats himself too much. He’s there to be smacked if you can smack.

Canelo isn’t scared of getting hit, takes a punch tremendously but for some reason against Khan he tried to be a defensive wizard against a smaller, faster fighter instead of just imposing his size. That said it was a while ago and before he became the pressure fighter he is today - he might just try to drown him in an ugly but effective fight.

Crawford will be a lot less predictable than Khan, but he’s not as quick with the flurry’s. It’ll be interesting to see how Terence approaches it. I get the impression he’ll try to stand his ground a bit instead of punching and moving. Dangerous against a much bigger fella.

Saul being TBud's first and only great opponent is what makes this match intriguing
