    both guys are likeable people - but at this point Thurman has no chance - he's not a LMW and fighting Jarvis was no preparation for this fight.

    The one thing you can say about boxing is that it tends to look after those who made it in some way or had some rough luck - so older ex champs/contenders get one last payday - Wilder/ Whyte/ Thurman - Spence still to come. Danny Garcia vs Lara - double whammy.

      Thurman ain't going to win, but at least when he losses, there will be the excuse that it was against a 6'6 fighter coming off a win over the well promoted Tim Tszyu. Fundora is actually holding two titles unlike Vergil mind you, so if Keith somehow pulled it off he be a world champion at 154 too.

      Where in contrast, a fighter like Vergil Ortiz that was coming off a medical issue in Rhabdo, coming a recent short run against current top contenders and hr works the body constantly, Keith's notable weakness. Doesn't make it worth it if there is also high risk high reward rather than a high risk notable reward.
      Stop talking sense!

            Decent fight, but Queef may get battered in this one if he doesn't use his legs and move.

              And dumb fvks still gonna say how bumdora "has improved"

              “… Since getting lucky in the first tszyu fight …” Really?
              So how do you explain him beating Tszyu into submission in the rematch?

              Just FYI, I don’t care for Fundora. Just in case your rebuttal becomes about my “adulation” of him.

                We should just get Vergil vs Bohachuk 2.

                PBC has Murtazaliev and Fundora, yet they don't unify.

                If Manny got a title shot, then anyone can get it. We have Barrios and Rolly as WW belt holders so Thurman and just about anyone “deserves” a title shot. That’s how ridiculous boxing is.

                  The overhand right from Keef will buckle Fundora. And we’ll have a NEW belt holder at 154 just like we have Rolly and Barrios at WW.

                    PBC = Permanent Belt Captive

                    If you want to play with a PBC champion, you must sign with PBC

                      Maybe we can finally get rid of having to watch Thurman and knowing he will never beat the A guys.
