Wow... What a shame. Boots is such a freaking talent, for the life of me I cannot understand the matchmaking. I have been waiting for many years for him to really get challenged, maybe he really is the new Andrade? Tons of talent and ability, never pushed. 28 yrs old, time waits for no man.

Brothers trying to blame Ortiz and look at the guys Ennis fights. Nobody knows who Lima is. Atleast Bahachcuk had beaten Mendoza who stopped Fundora. Madrimov who gave Crawford a good match, but Lima. Who the F is this guy?

So much for being Unified and Lineal at WW. They need to challenge themselves like Inuoe who moves up and goes STAIGHT to the Champs.
So far Ennis has shown he is soft. Skills don't always pay the bills when you lack heart and a chin.

Madrimov is with Matchroom? What's the excuse.

This s*** is exactly why I struggle to watch boxing these days.

Leaves a dead division to find a real challenge and then fights some guy no one's ever heard of... funny

There has been a lot of talk about a possible fight between Boots and Ortiz. There were allegations of ducking on both sides. This now makes it clear.
Ortiz fights Bohachuk and Madrimov at 154. Boots fights who TF is Lima. Generational talent Boots continues to do what he does best (and what he has been doing for years). Calls out all the big names in the media and then fights nobodies. I wonder what Bread's take will be on this and how he will explain it away, while at the same time still proclaiming Boots greatness.

Crawford went straight to the WBA Champ when he moved up, but Ennis to unknown.
