The establishment was trying to manufacture him into the boxing version of Conor McGregor and he got a good start about 10-0 but he's lost momentum and nobody is buzzing about him. Looks pretty good but nothing extraordinary. Freddie Roach is high on him but that's just propaganda. I saw his fight two years ago at Madison Square Garden with Ismael Villareal, a tricky lefty from the Bronx and he did not win that fight but they gave him the decision. https://ringobserver.com/biofile-cal...lsh-interview/
How good is Callum Walsh?

Quite better than the public expect, similiar ceiling in potential as let's say Zayas, and Ramos. Walsh doesn't get the knock outs often but he has often knocked down his opponents.
His management has not been the best though and he likely only reach top ranked contender status in years 2-3 years, by then he might need to move up and face opponents with no physical disadvantages and having experience advantage.Last edited by Malvado; 08-10-2025, 05:30 PM. -
