bivol ghosted on all the beterbiev negotiations.

go look at his reaction in the ring when they asked him about a 3rd fight, he dont want it.

Its because even if he wins its still a grueling brutal fight and he dont want to deal with that but he also dont want to tell us the truth and just admit it.

we could have had beterbiev-Benavidez made if bivol was just honest and admitted he didnt want to fight either of them.

benny has a decent fight v yarde next on a turki card so thats good for him actually, with this bivol issue turki may just make benny beter next and let bivol be until hes ready and/or willing to make the next fight, beter may want his shot again at bivol but a benny shot for a belt is a good second thing and if he wins its an undisputed fight with bivol, idk how it works out but its a possibility i guess, turki should get onboard with that option beter is an ole guy now i tend to doubt he has 3 more fights left like that but who knows

        check the statements

it sounds like his back was only getting worse which he found out during day to day boxing training

went to the doctor and was advised to have surgery done immediately

Bivol agreed because he didn't want to postpone a signed due to surgery. A subtle nod to what Artur did with fight 1 rofl

i sided with bivol when i saw his crazy wife in that crazy video cheering his loss to beter but now im back on her side again, bivol may well be not trustable and a sneak

let see if Bivol needs a tuneup or goes directly to trilogy since he already beat Artur twice and knows how to box him

Fight 1 was originally scheduled June 1 2024 after Artur fought on Jan 13 2024

Bivol could squeeze in 3 matches for 2025:
            Jan 10 Trilogy
            June 7 Marshmellow Mexican David
            Dec Cruiserweight Test

              quite a lineup

i suppose its possible but im thinking unlikely, boxing rarely works like that

Naoya will have done 4 this year: 2 randoms, 1 good opponent, and 1 okay opponent

last time Saul did 3 in a year 2021 it was: 1 random, 1 okay opponent, and 1 good opponent

Maybe 2 next year for Bivol since he'd be going from 1 great opponent Artur to 1 good opponent David. would be a buffer schedule than what Saul and Naoya did

To be fair, his crazy ex wife was leaking info about his back problems before the first Beterbiev fight.

So it seems it's a legitimate reason as to why he's not fighting

I like both Biev and Bivol. Prefer Biev as he goes for the knockout and doesn't like to move backwards. Bivol is skilled but he is boring to watch. I've watched their second fight three times, once with no sound, and I believe Biev won or at the very best it was a draw. No doubt the Shiek had a say in getting his trilogy.

Regardless, as others have said, Bivol didn't want Biev in his prime (and it is hard to blame him) and he may have a legitimate back problem. That said, if it was that bad it seems he would have done it right after the second fight and not wait for months and months. He obviously is taking his sweet time and in no hurry to see Biev again anytime soon. I do feel like Biev will be alot more aggressive in a third fight and Bivol likely knows it. Biev can't dance around and chase Bivol again, he has to make it ugly to get the KO.

Biev is getting f'in old man. If he can stay uninjured I believe he wins the third fight....if it happens at all.
