With all due respect Shoulder Roll, old Gary will probably in all likelihood f..k u up. Did you see his recent fight? You're caught up on age, but he still got it. If he's not being ducked, why doesn't somebody with a name fight him and get his name on their resume and get rid of him and pick up a check all at the same time? Who wouldn't want some easy free money?

Those are just excuses. Remember PBC not fighting guys because they were on "the other side of the street"? He's not inactive anymore, he just fought and looked great. But excuses will always be made up in order to avoid ppl. A lot of the so-called top guys are inactive too. And every fight that gets made doesn't have to be a mega event. If he's not all that, then just fight this man to stay busy. All those guys need more activity, not just Russell. He's inactive because nobody wants to fight him

This is prizefighting. If you don’t bring any money to the table and you have no belt and you fought once a year in your prime and you hadn’t fought in nearly 4 years until your last fight…what exactly is attractive about all that? Why should anyone be rushing to fight you?

to say Gary Russell brings no money to the table is silly. What do you call money, and who brings more? Every fight made isn't a milion dollar fight or a championship fight. A lot of guys aren't making millions or even 6 figures. Especially when most of these guys are just as inactive. So you're making excuses for guys. This is what's wrong with boxing today. Everyone has an excuse not to fight someone else. Even fans make excuses for why avoiding guys is ok. This is a soft ass generation we live in. Everybody trying to pick and choose. Thanks Floyd!
