    Manny peaked in 2010.
Every year after that was a substantial decline from his peak.

sure he still has something left in the tank but the amount left is not the same as the full tank in 2010.
floyd never fought the full version.

Leonard at least beat Duran before he got slept by Hearns.
Floyd fought the one the Manny that got KO'd already.
sure theres still some crumbs of glory for beating duran after hearns.
duran still has tank left especially beating barkley.
but you're getting little to no credit for that.
    thats not peak duran.
    not peak manny.

    also the scorecards were 116-112.
floyd almost drew with a guy with one arm

      Floyd's Prime ENDED in 2007

using YOUR logic and going by scorecards it was 117-111 116-112 114-114. two scorecards had Marcos FAR from a draw

You also CONVENIENTLY left out Judge Dave Moretti's score Floyd 118-110 manny taking only rounds 4 and 6

A further past it Floyd capped manny to taking only two clear rounds

manny waited for Floyd to look mortal against Marcos first

only then did manny agree to a fight Floyd

it BACKFIRED on manny anyways as a further past it Floyd 10-2'd him

          116-112 is 8 rounds to 4.

          That's not "almost a draw".

Also one card was 118-110 which is 10 rounds to 2.

Floyd is older in a chronological sense but Pacquiao has more wear and tear in his body.

Pac also never tested positive in any of his fights including his latest one.
Pac fought some if the least threatening guys. Practically his entire WW segment except for Sometime.

            May had chronically bad hands.
Pac was too scared to do random blood tests.
Would YOU have avoided the needle ?
Nor a single Pac fan wants to answer that

It's actually not the same thing.

Pacquaio never said he was afraid of needles ever. So it's objectively false to say that he did.
