Abraham-Taylor Draws Big Ratings; Jermain Doing Well

Abraham showed that he is very powerful even at this weight. JT was competitive thruout the fight and by no means it was a one way fight. JT didn't gas out and that vicious right hand of Abraham had everything to do in the end of the fight. Got to give credit to Abraham in pressuring till the end. Floyd should hear Arthur when he says that money is not everything but putting his name with the greats is the most important thing to him

As a Jermain fan, it really hurt me to watch that fight. His stamina seemed much better but his game plan was slim to none. Someone mentioned earlier that his plan was probably to target the body as early as possible with AA's guard being so high, which is good, but those low blows he was getting called on took him out of that game plan. Therefore, he pawed with his jab and threw a combination here or there trying to win on work rate alone.
Taylor needs to bring Pat Burns back, or get another notable trainer who can really help him with his confidence and knows his ****.
Brother Naazim anyone?

hats off to Abe....I salute that dude!!!......as for JT, glad to hear he's doing better and lets just hope his team as well as Showtime does the right thing and pulls him outta this tourney......not sayin' he should retire....even tho' that wouldn't be a bad idea.......just sayin' that he needs a long rest away from boxing!!

Wow reading that article I didn't know Sebastian Sylvester won Abraham's old title. Who'd he beat?
