Taylor looked to be on a HOF trajectory pre-Catterall. It all went down hill from there. He left his best days on the scales I think. Should’ve went to 147 after Ramirez- easy to say in hindsight admittedly.

Taylor was nothing special. Paulie is on crack. Taylor and Prograis both chirped years ago about moving up to 147 to see Bud Crawford, but neither ever did. I honestly don't see what was so special about him. To say he would have held up at 140 against Floyd, Tszyu, Chavez, Cotto and Junior Witter is laughable.
