If its a famous boxer that the US audience knows then the testing was carried out by USADA, VADA or UKAD - lets see which boxing scene journalist will ask the heads of those 3 organisations "if there are any circumstances they can envisage where a boxer tests positive but the positive test is ignored and never comes to light" or better still Chris Algieri can ask the same question to the exact head of the testing organisation involved.
