I was makin omelets last few days homey. I added onions, but had no mushrooms. I luv ****y food so this sounds damn good.

Chianti goes great with some Steak, Veal, Venison or Pork man. It's acidity cuts through and cleans the taste of the meat. Some good tips I picked up from my uncle who was a chef at a Florence-Style Italian restaurant
