hah its a bait thread. buttttttt ali took on the best through out his wholleeee career. calzaghe avoided the best through out his wholllllleeeeeee career. calzaghe fought lacy who ended up being extremly overated and hadnt fought anyone up to that point, he beat a 43 year old hopkins in a close split decison fight which helllaa people thought hopkins won it, he beat roy jones who was over the hill at 39 damn near 40 and roy almost kod him in the first but calzaghe ended up schooling him the rest of the fight.

ali on the other hand fought the best and beat the best. he beat liston twice, he beat frazier twice, norton twice, shavers,foreman,extremly old archie moore, bob foster, floyd patterson twice,spinks, ernie terrell and he won an olympic gold medal. he lost 5 times and avenged 3 of those losses, his last 2 losses happened when ali had already had early signs of parkinsons. so in my book hes numero uno baby!
