R.I.P. Carl Froch's career 3/16/2002-Fall 2010

Let's enjoy Carl Froch while we can, because I doubt we see much of him after fall 2010. No hate or disrespect, but I already know he is gonna try and trade with Arthur Abraham and that may very well be the end of him. What is more Ironic is that Froch wants guys that will go toe to toe with him, complains when they don't...but will get exactly what he wishes for during his 3rd fight in the super 6.


BTW I will post a thread prior to the fight so everyone that wants to, can stop by to pay their respect.

Froch fans, deep down inside how do you feel about this fight. I hope, better yet pray (for his health) that he doesn't hold his hands down and try to go toe to toe w/ king Arthur. I know Froch has alot of power and is a ballsy type of fighter (which I respect him for that) but I feel he will learn the hard way that you cant fight ever fighter like that.

Froch is awful.. Dirrell should have KO'd his ass if he didn't fought like an amatuer.. If only Dirrell wasn't too damn scared to plant his feet and let his fast hands fly it would have been an early night..

i see 2 big ko losses in a row against kessler and abraham. and even after that he will probably still make the semis cause of the dirrell robbery where he will have to fight one of them again for a third straight ko loss. the tournament is balls.

I'm just saying....Taylor had both gloves up and Abraham (without even sitting down on his punch) was still able to brutal KO. Just imagine what will happen to Froch with his hands down chin out style. He is just asking to get KTFO if he pulls that **** against Arthur (and you know he will).

Froch is a poor man version of Margo. I thought his skills were the worst I ever seen. But when he had Cotto against the ropes he caught him and even cut the ring off. Froch couldn't even cut the ring off and his pressure is so overrated. I like dude because of his warrior spirit. But he isn't good and lost that fight easily last night

I think you are right. I'm enjoying him a lot now, but when he faces someone with experience, he's in for a long night.

Kessler or Abe should be able to put Froch away. Abe, especially. I agree with the TS, Froch won't last much longer unless he gets his act together double quick.

i agree with the margarito-froch comparison...never thought of it, but their styles are very similar...although froch is nowhere near as skilled as margarito...

i agree froch will get punished by AA and MK...froch is just an overhyped mediocre fighter...
