clean punching-defense........thats 2 areas dirrell won pretty much every round......effective agressiveness and ring generalship.....maybe you could say froch dictated the pace with fouls and roughness some 5 rounds, giving him the ring generalship in those rounds.....i do know however that he wasnt even that aggresive and when he was, he was innefective...and dirrell still got the better of him in some rough rounds...dirrell got robbed....and again....i even posted here that he deserved to get ko'ed with all that running in the early-mid rounds(which he didnt do as much later on-probably got a bit tired and unfocused)...but again running and landing>>>>>not landing ****.....

I didn't see a robbery and thought the decision was correct even if scored too wide. Here's how I had it:

        1-Dirrell
        2-Dirrell
        3-Even
        4-Froch
        5-Dirrell
        6-9-Froch
        10-Even
        11-Dirrell
        12-Even

It's not a robbery when you lose a d in a clusterph^&% like Saturday's. It's just how it goes. As I noted, Dirrell should have won that fight easy and would have by just fighting. When he was standing and punching, Froch was frozen.

Yeah, I definitely need to edit Montiel out of the extra five after his last fight. He was fine there prior. Next update.

Calderon can hang near the bottom until he takes another stiff.

The 12th was not even...in no way. It was a clear Dirrell round.

Disagree...he started well and then gassed halfway through. Funny...I argued with someone elsewhere who thought Dirrell won but clearly gave Froch 12...just one of those fights. Bloody mess and I never want to see those two face off again.

Froch and Dirrell will make better fights in the next round, win or lose.

I don't see a robbery bro. Just don't. I can see a case for Dirrell winning, but it was no blowout. A real robbery you'd know because the whole press would be losing their mind along with some of the fan scorers; think Chavez-Whitaker.

Think of it this way...Dirrell showed in the first couple, and the surge in 10 and 11, what he could really do if he acted like a pro FIGHTER. This fight should scare him into it more often...the results could be great. If he gets the D Saturday, it encourages the God-awful style he showed in too many rounds.

He gassed and slowed down in the second half of the round. But what he did in the first half of the round was significantly better than what Froch did in the second half of the round.

Again, it's like people see pressure and just stop paying attention to what lands.

I agree that their fights will be better in the second round.

montiel was never even close to p4p....talent nor resume...all that is p4p about him is his left hook-uppercut.....he has nothing else.....

and calderun makes dirrell look like ****ing librado andrade.....pure boxer my ass.....he struggles with journeymen(barrera-esquer)and contenders who shouldnt trouble him if he were as good as he claims(cazares-mayol), always runs out of gas......anyone with fast hands and power is a threat to him....
