I said super bantam not FW Naz was not at his peak at SBW.

Ohh my bad, didn't see that. I still think Lopez gets knocked out. He's too liable to get into a brawl. And he aint surviving exchanges with Naz.

FWIW I always thought hamed could make 122 if he wanted to. For one he was only 5'4" and second, for everyone 130 and underall... roads led through him. He was the biggest name, HBO had invested alot of money in him, and he was the headliner for major events. With all of that...there was no reason for him to move up or down, so that is why he stayed at FW as long as he did.

IMO Naz was even better at SBW, the speed he had there was crazy and every fight ended in KO all of them.

i might have to agree... at 122 naz was still fighting w/ some discipline and he still had the power and the speed.

by the time he got to kevin kelley, he was getting way too wild, maybe even before that.

Since I believe Hamed at 126 was like mosley at 154 (two guys who were at higher weights but had the frame to drop a division lower if they wanted to) I say hamed will still TKO Juanma.

Same fighter just slimmer and a tad bit quicker (Hamed).

Hamed could have fought at 122 easily if he wanted to,the problem is,he hated cutting weight, even at 126 where he barely cut any weight at all.Hamed was arguably better at 122 than he was at 126.

At 122,126 or 130 Hamed would knock Lopez the **** out,Lopez puts together nice combinations when beating up opponents but he is anything but an intelligent fighter,if he wants to stand toe to toe and trade shots with Hamed, more power to the fella.

Hamed by 1st round KO. A better thread would be Hamed vs Edwin Valero
