Yes, Bam should delay getting folded at 118 by Nakatani as long as possible. We all know Robert Garcia doesn't want that fight.

If Bam wins his next fight and then beats Martinez he is the front runner for Fighter of the Year.

Kid just sets 'em up and knocks 'em down, like Inoue.

Cuadras, Sor Rungvisai, Edwards, Estrada, Guevara, next Cafu, then Martinez.

Nakatani vs world title winners by the time he was the same as as Bam now (age 25, through 24 fights):
W vs Masamichi Yabuki UD 4
W vs Seigo Yuri Akui TKO 6
W vs Milan Melindo TKO 6
W vs Angel Acosta TKO 4
W vs Francisco Rodriguez Jr. UD 10

his next two opponents: Andrew Moloney, Argi Cortes

Bam vs world title winners, age 25, through 21 fights:
W vs Carlos Cuadras UD 12
W vs Srisaket Sor Rungvisai TKO 8
W vs Sunny Edwards RTD 8
W vs Juan Francisco Estrada KO 7
W vs Pedro Guevara TKO 3

his next two opponents: Phumelele Cafu, Fernando Martinez

Bam is being brought along even faster than Nakatani was.

What a frigging run that would be, if he beat Cafu and Martinez, it is argueable that he is top 5 Super Flyweight historically, yet the guy would be 25 years old if he succeeded beating Cafu and Martinez consecutively.

Who else would be available at Super Flyweight though? Only think left would be to beat Willibaldo Garcia to become undisputed, or however holds the IBF title by then. I say Kosei Tanaka, but he sadly retired recently. Outside of possibly Kenshiro Teraji as a viable option if he moved up, I guess Bam could fight at Bantamweight at the end of next year.

Think David Jimenez and Scrappy Ramirez are future potential world champions at the division, both would be short lived though.

Bam is crushing mostly old men. I believe he got his jaw broken in one fight a few years ago. El Gallo dropped him. Nakatani is absolutely crushing guys.

Cuadras, Sor Rungvisai, Edwards, Estrada, and Guevara were all in the TBRB top 10 when Bam beat them. Edwards was the #1 ranked fighter in that division at the time of the fight and Estrada was the reigning lineal world champion ot the time of the fight.

Cafu is #2, Martinez is #1.

Bam has already beaten more ranked opponents than Nakatani has in his whole career.

115 hasn't been a deep division in years, so that's not really saying much. Sunny Edwards???
Edwards got washed by Yafai. Yafai just got pummeled by a Mexican journeyman who's almost as old as me.

Edwards got the fight beaten out of him by Bam. He wasn't the same after that.

And Francisco Rodriguez is not a journeyman, he's a former unified champion and one of Nakatani's best wins.
