Pacquiao is attached to the main event, it would be idiotic to have large names to pay on the undercard.

This isn't 2013 anymore, where you can stick Danny Garcia and Lucas Matty on a co-main. the business model has changed.

The actual PPV undercard is pretty decent albeit not worth 89.99 or whatever the price is. This is the free prelims and I agree, they’re not good.
