Arun is correct, Devin's last fight was what it was, beyond bad. That said, we all know how promoters work & how they make $.

A boxer could never do as much damage as promoters have and are still doing to the sport. Only sanctioning bodies can and do.

If the Garcia fight left Devin that scared, at least exit the sport with dignity. The kid was so scared I stopped watching. To make it worse, he fought like that & talked trash at the same time which adds to people's anger. Few are betting on Devin and if he loses, he's going to be frozen out and relegated to stepping stone status like Broner.

Devin's last fight was so bad, after a couple of rounds I also stopped watching in frustration. I cannot believe that Turki is paying him again when he clearly said he does not want Tom and Jerry fights. With Devin, that is exactly what he is going to get. What a waste of money. After the last fight, I promised to myself never to watch another Devin Haney fight. I will only watch the highlights if Norman knocks him out. Otherwise sayonara motherf*****.

Defended Devin a lot around here, but that performance against Ramirez was indefensible. Embarrassment for the sport.

Bob Arum doesn’t have an ESPN contract. But he DOES have jokes.

I know I am in the minority, but I, like stable Paulie Mags, just never got what people saw in Devin. Not a puncher, not that hard to hit and hurt, not blindingly fast or tall, I think he is about 5 7 inches which isnt that big for lightweight and I thought it was a really bad idea for him to go to WW.
