What neutral locations can super6 host?

I can understand having neutral judges but this tournament should have a neutral crowd as well. seeing how last nites crowds influenced alot of ineffective aggression from froch. We can probably all expect the same out in Oakland when Ward fights Kessler. Not saying the outcome would be the same but the atmosphere plays a key role in this tournament. There should be some neutral locations in either the next round or the semi/finals

this is a business as much as a tournament. its fine as it stop trying to add to what is already a great idea. the boxers have agreed just let it happen
