I think he would’ve beat Bivol and Beterbiev too. People sleep on how great of a fighter Ward was IMO. Wasn’t exciting but very effective and always found a way to win. -
The Golovkin up until 2015 was a much different fighter, physically, then the one from 2017 and on, especially from 2013 and earlier. Not saying he would’ve won, but the late 20’s, early 30’s version was, I think, a better fighter than the 35+ version. People always said Ward would rough him up and out muscle him on the inside but I think it’s forgotten or overlooked how strong Golovkin actually was. If he didn’t want to get tied up, he wouldn’t; and he could fight close if he wanted. Golovkin’s jab would be an issue for anyone, including Ward.Comment

he couldnt even legitimately beat alcoholic kovalev who was inferior. first fight was a draw at best and second he punched him 5 times in a row in the ballsComment

Very effective because he was always allowed to headbutt, low blow and maul opponents on the inside to his heart's content, and to always fight with home advantage. He beat Kessler with a flying headbutt from across the ring. ****ing Disgusting. I'm glad the punk never achieved stardom or real popularity despite his ¨0¨.Comment

If he was so great, why couldn't be win without illegal tactics and paid off officials? if he was so great he would win without massive asterisks over nearly all his best wins. I see him as a sort of america sven ottke. if he fought without all "hometown advantages" I.e paid off judges and reff he would have multiple losses on his record IMOComment
