    You'd think being so obvious your on a payroll or worse just favoring a fighter (dock protecting hankey from Ryan and giving him extra time, at times) you wouldn't get these big fight gigs. This is like his 3rd one since that fight

      Harvey Dock is a corrupt referee if you asked me. He's the type of referee that looks like he's doing his job, but knows how to dictate a fight and allegedly sway an outcome in someone's favor.

            During the early years of Friday night fights, there was an important match up and one of the hosts pointed out that the ref was a very close relative of the promoter of the event and of one of the two fighters. It smelled bad before the first bell and it smelled even worse when it was over.

            All to say, that's when I realized that it's so corrupt that they don't even bother hiding it. No consequences, no recourse, just pure exploitation.

            It was nothing new to those on the inside, but it's still a sad reflection of the world we live in. (Even our basic entertainment choices won't let us forget the world is F'd).
